Mission impossible, Cyprus Tourism Organisation cannot extend sanctions online
Cyprus Tourism Organisation admits to being powerless to protecting consumers online.
If anyone stopped for a minute to understand what exactly does the Cyprus Tourism Organisation, then one would not place such high expectations for customer service and protection from business malpractice. Although It seems that past scandals with tour operators and airlines defaulting seems to be a recurring risk in times of crisis, today with the extension commerce online and quick methods of purchase, it seems like the Cyprus Tourism Organisation will have to eventually adopt practices geared towards prevention and monitoring rather than after the fact sanctioning.
